My job of finding you places to see and things to do is very easy one.
All of the work has been done for me...by professionals too.

All that is left for you to do is a little planning and a little investigating...and that's the fun part.
Take a little time, get on line, look at all of this stuff, and plan your time here.

My first suggestion would be for you to get your feet wet by listening to WWOZ...the best station in the nation...more platter, less chatter.
Open a window and listen to live streaming radio via the internet. Right from the beautiful New Orleans French Quarter on the banks of the Mississippi.
They play a lot of local artists but more than that....they truly put you in a New Orleans frame of mind.
If I am at the computer...WWOZ is playing in the background. This morning I am listening to Irish music...how cool is that?
They Bring New Orleans music to the universe.
Commercial free listener sponsored community radio.

On the odd hour they have a PSA called "Live Wire" about 15 minutes of rapid fire nightclubs with live music for that evening...amazing. More live music here on a Tuesday night than most cities have during an entire week-end.

Ok, so we have talked about music and the city in general but we have not touched on a key attraction...FOOD.
New Orleans is a restaurant town. Cuisine that you can't find anywhere else in the world.
It is quite natural to overhear conversations at the next table about where the next meal will be taken.
When you return from New Orleans people will not ask you what you saw or what you did...they will ask where you ate.

Your homework will make every bite count while you are here.

You can spend hours on this alone....

Let's plan a vacation.
Let's go to New Orleans and pass a good time.

Respects,
Big Daddy
