Thanks to the  efforts of our event hosts HippieDave Alden and Deadend Bill Foster the 2010 Road King Rendezvous will be held in the Wild and Rugged Canyon Country of Southern Utah, for an awesome week of friendship and breathtaking riding! Pack up the iron horses, tie on the bandanas and follow the trails that many of our pioneers, cowboys and outlaws blazed on their four legged mounts just a few generations ago!

If you plan to attend this event, and have made your reservations with the hotel, please email Moccasin Mike at the link below and provide your real name, your forum handle, where you're from and a phone number. If you have a passenger, let us know their name as well, and how many bikes are in your party. (Guests from a different household on their own bikes should sign up separately)

Last Year's Group!

Announcement post on Road King Riders.com

Parry Lodge  rooms are now all reserved BUT, part of the reason is that there are two other groups blocked for the same time period that got there before we did! It is VERY LIKELY that those groups will cancel OR not use all their rooms as they are commercial tour groups. We were told that one of the groups cancelled their entire tour in 2009. Therefore, there is a very strong possibility that rooms will become available 2 to 4 weeks before our event. Now what?

1. Reserve a cancelable room at another hotel in Kanab, UT, we suggest the Best Western at 435-644-2675.

2. After that send the co-manger, Cathy Cobb an email with "Road King Riders" in the subject box and in the body tell her to wait list you for a room and give her your desired dates, name and telephone number. The email is: ccparrylodge@kanab.net

Using the date and time she will then pass on the rooms as the other group cancels in the order received. A phone call will not be sufficient nor get you a room! They are not set up to wait list normally, but Cathy will personally watch over these as a favor to us. Remember this is small town America, with small town service but without all the technology that big chains have! heck their reservation system is pencil on index cards and a book!

3. When you get the Parry Lodge room, cancel your other room!

Thanks for the fantastic support and we are lookin' forward to a great event!!!
